We were checking out houses every weekend, trying to figure out exactly what we were looking for, but we had yet to put down an offer and were blissfully unaware of the sheer complexity of the associated process. Fortunately for us, we came across Tom's name while looking to book a visit to a house, and we gave him a call. He immediately recognized -- even though we had yet to -- that we were in over our heads, and he offered to help us out. It was literally life-changing. Tom was an absolute standout from start to finish. My wife and I were consistently impressed by how communicative he was: always quick to respond at all hours, clear in his explanations, and unfailingly professional in every interaction. He was also proactive, taking the initiative to gather detailed information from the seller and the town, including digging into past permits and records so we always had the full picture before making decisions. He is meticulous and detail-oriented in a way that gave us real peace of mind during the whole process. And he's very well-connected: once we did decide on a house to buy, Tom's recommendations for inspector, attorney, etc. were all excellent and helped us assemble a reliable team without the added stress of hunting around.
